On Coaching Supervision – Derek has helped me introduce more structure into my coaching and has also made me aware of areas that I can improve in. I have also discovered some useful ways to overcome issues that I was struggling with in my coaching practice. It enabled me to be more effective while using less mental and emotional energy. I would like to say thank you for all the presentation coaching you have given me, the presentation was tougher than I thought it would be, because I had a really bad cop and a good cop, so trying to be upbeat with a bad cop was difficult.
